"The source actually used was the copy given by Dr George L Galpin to his niece Ethel Mary Galpin, elder daughter of the eldest brother Alfred Carter Galpin. Later Mrs E M Sinclair. She was my grandmother, and she gave me her copy personally -- so I'm comfortable that we have continuity from Dr George himself."
